I saw an ad on the internet re free trial for electronic cigarette - I ordered it and was charged $9 for shipping - when the item arrived no instructions as to how to return if not satisfied and no return address. Before the 7 days were up my credit card was charged for $149. Numerous attempts to contact them -via phone and mail failed. Today they charged my account for $70 and I don't know why. I am o a limited income - the product is horrible and I feel that the company is a ripoff. Please do something to prevent this from happening to others
