Dear Sir/Madam
Recently in the mail I recieved a letter from a collection agency in Chicago Illinois stating that Alyon Technologies had filed a report with them saying I owed them money for making calls through my computer using my telephone line.
That is quite impossible because I do not connect to any service with my computer using my telephone line. I connect to the internet using Comcast Cable. My telephone is not connect to my computer. Therefore I am wondering, how they were able to charge the amount of 124.75 to my telephone line? How did they get my telephone number? I have never heard of Alyon Technologies.
However I am being bombarded with letters from Merchants Credit Guide Company stating that I owe Alyon Technologies 124.75 for telephone calls I never made. Could you please investigate this matter. The address to Merchants Credit guide Company is 223 W. Jackson Blvd Chicago Illinois 60606.
