I requested and compensated entirely to get a spa in December 09. After numerous calls towards the organization following the intended shipping day I had been informed it had been postponed until late August. And so I terminated. I can't understand this organization to deliver my money-back though they claim I will possess a return. I will get anyone to reply the revenue line although not the client support point. After I get call-backs or can even make connection with among the workers, I obtain the run-around. It appears the one who addresses that's not avail. They're usually on the phone or from the workplace. Its been per month today and also the merrygoround only keeps switching. I've submitted grievances using the BBB and FTC. The BBB does appear to be assisting place the stress on. I can not know how an organization work such as this may remain in company.
