I made the full payment for the above mentioned USMLE material using paypal.
It is only after reading another report on this website targeted towards the same seller, I realized that I've been cheated. This guy ([email protected]) is a verified customer of paypal. I don't know what "verified" means, but, that gave me a little more confidence in making the transaction.
However, at the end of the day, I don't care if I get my money back, but, I want to do everything that I can to stop this fraud from cheating other people.
I reported to my credit card company and pay pal as well, I am hoping someone will contact his bank and catch this guy sooner than later.
