This company handles the outside offers for a game I play on FaceBook. I took the offer from Disney DVD's to earn 3420 hall passes. The company never answered to let me know it got confirmation. Contacted them, they wanted confirmation. Sent the confirmation. No response. Sent second time, no response. I went to site and checked on missing passes. Their response: " Your Customer Service inquiry is being reviewed. We appreciate your patience." This has been since 2/22/10. A little excessive, or fraud?
