I guess it's my turn to complain about this company. Offerpal has a setup where if you would like to earn in-game credits that sites like Facebook offer, you can make a purchase through one of the companies that they've partnered with and your Facebook game will see the credits shortly thereafter. Sounds like a win win situation doesn't it?
I decided to make such a purchase through a Gevalia purchase. I completed the order process on the 27th of November and have sent numerous emails back to them with proof of purchase documentation. I even took pictures of the shipment sitting on my bed. For each email I have sent them I requested a response if there was a problem with getting my credits (over 200) issued to me.
Yesterday I shot them one last message. Today there is still no reply. There's been plenty of time to at least drop me a message saying what the holdup is. I'm giving up on them and shooting Gevalia a message about Offerpal and the image they are portraying. I'll probably shoot them a link to this site as well.
