So, I have a similar story to the ones I have read pertaining to Surplus Computers "online hiring". I sent my resume via E-Mail to a job offer for bookeeping/data entry that I got off Craig's List. I then got a response the next day stating I had an online interview on the following day at 8am. At the supposed "interview" I was given a questionaire to fill out that consumed about 45 mins of my morning, when I was done and submitted my questionaire, I was told I was hired, then given a "Contact Vendor" letter that I was supposed to E-Mail to a guy asking him to send me a computer and software to get work started. A red flag instantly went up, so I started researching DComputers who is the "business" hiring me, who is claiming to be an "affiliate" of Surplus Computers, at that time I found the scam alerts. I just want to double check that Surplus Computers is not an affiliate of DComputers, and that this is a scam, which I am almost certain of. So, if someone could respond to this and let me know (preferably someone from Surplus Computers) if this really is a scam. Thank you in advance
