This is the worst online company I have ever done business with. Their customer support is horrible. If you get someting from this company that doesn't work forget about it and consider your money lost. If you are lucky enough to get an RMA and you will have to send many emails to get one, expect long delays, no answered emails and when I did get a replacement it didn't work. Afre about 7 or 8 more unanswered emails I gave up. Surplus Computers won this one but never again will they see an order from me or anyone else I know. I will continue to spread the word on this company to anyone who will listen so others won't get ripped.
