Comcast is absolutely horrible. The service is mediocre. I canceled 3 months ago and got a final bit prior to collections in the mail today for 85$. Upon calling customer service I got a horribly rude man and was informed that there was no note of me canceling and even if I had they continue to bill until the equipment is returned and therefore I am responsible for paying 2 months worth of service after canceling, when I was not even in the state. Absolutely awful people. Doing anything to swindle you out of your money.
