Product can't pass customs

We're out $120 simply because they wont react to demands regarding traditions, plus they will also not return any emails & no telephone # for customer support.

FROM advantages:

The above mentioned cargo occured by US Practices for IPR trademark agreement from Coolmax. We've been attempting to contact the shipper for that brand agreement notice from Coolmax, however the shipper (Lighting within the Container) isn't reacting.US Practices won't permit this cargo to be delivered towards the shipper if no-one can give a notice declaring the things are genuine. The only real choice would be to reject and ruin cargo if you don't could possibly get the notice.
