I was reading an email from a friend when and tried to download their attachment. It took me to a website saying that I needed to get a software download that was recommended by Microsoft and cost around $5 or $10. When I signed up for it and entered my info, it charged mi $39.90 and that's not what I signed up for. I called the company and no one is answering. I called my bank to see if I can place a hold or deny the charge.
