I've recorded two grievances via their site plus one email to stop this support without any response whatsoever. The links on the site to stop your membership have VANISHED (Handy for them)
I've not utilized this support in some time but I had been charged twice this month. (Our regular subscription and another comparable quantity 5 nights later, this after I ended my membership.
Of course if you're not really a US resident, DON'T make use of this support, NONE of the greatest sellers are "readily available for your physical area", you'll spend exactly the same membership as the rest of the clients but you'll not need use of any bestsellers. The very best vendor listings for 2009 are empty in my own account, Thrillers, Non-Fiction, NY Times Bestsellers are vacant.
