On the Doba web site it had an ad for 3xp to run your web site. I called them and the price was much larger than advertised. I agreed to join then was asked to increase to a 1000 store which I did. After doing this I kept getting calls for several thousand to promote the site. The original agreement included promotion so I did not do this.
They set up the web site for me. Time went on and I had no sales, so I keep calling and they kept making excuses. They insisted I was getting replys but the records showed they were mostly from one or two sites. When I called the activity seemed to increase.
After a few months I was still getting no customers and the monthly fees keep coming in. Since they agreeded to a partial refund, I called to stop the site. I called back to see about a refund and I was given a line of excusses.
