This company called me at my home promising me that they could set me up with my own home business. They explained in vivid detail how dropshipping works through the company named Doba. They explained their web store and how it works to sell goods that Doba supplies that I do not need to stock in my house. It made sense the way it was explained. They also explained that there is the need for web traffic and that they could supply that too and it was the web traffic that they emphasized as making the difference. Only their company, they said, could achieve the web traffic for the price they can do it.
So I paid 3XP Web Solutions approximately six thousand dollars. They had my site online in less than a week and they were responsive to my two calls during the second week. After that, no one from this company would respond to anything from me. I thought maybe there was something I had not done or that I was missing some piece of information. The customer service person John was the only one who ever responded to any email or call and he did so on only three occasions. He seemed like he wanted to help, but there were serious problems with my web site and he would only help me with a small problem here or there.
I did not know what to do, but I could not afford to pay for the new credit balance that this new web store purchase had produced. These people from this company had assured me that there would be income from this web store that I purchased. And I explained to them that it is very difficult for me to make ends meet. They said that the web store would make it easier to make ends meet, and that in the first month I would begin to get sales and that by the second and third month I would be able to not just keep up with my new credit payments but start paying down the principal.
After seven months, I still did not have any purchases, I had fallen behind on my bills and I knew that something had to change, but I did not know what or who to turn to. I had done everything that they told me to do, and I had called them for help numerous times. The only person who I was ever able to get in touch with was John in technical support. I told him I did not have any customers. And another time I explained that my web statistics said I had only a few hundred visitors. He made some suggestions for things I could try to increase visitors. Why should I have to do that when that is what I paid $6,000 to 3XP Web Solutions to do!
After nine months with this company, I still did not have a single customer. This is when my problems began from having no income. Along with the new credit card bills was all the emotional stress that my web store and 3XP Web Solutions had put me through. I began having problems concentrating at work, which had never happened before in my 23 years of service with my same employer. During the eleventh month, I lost my job due to poor performance and I was removed from my home from foreclosure. I was robbed and beaten on the third night of being homeless living out of my car.
The only things to my name were my car and my cell phone. After my credit card accounts had closed from nonpayment, someone from 3XP Web Solutions called demanding that I pay my monthly maintenance fee. I told them that I was homeless and did not have any way to pay. They said "well you gonna have to do something!" And that if I don't my web store is going to be canceled. I asked if what I said registered and repeated that I am homeless. The person said "oh" and hung up.
My friends and extended family has helped me back on my feet. This experience has changed my career path. I was a machinist. I am currently employed by a small web business, and I have made it my waking pursuit to battle this company and all companies like it with all I've got. My objective is to prevent this kind of company from existing and to destroy this kind of company if it exists. If I can prevent just one person from suffering through what 3XP Web Solutions did to me, then I have succeeded.
