Downloads look illegal, and are sold for money

When buying legitimate OEM or download software, one should do a background check using whois domain tools. And the software should be:
1: Activatable online
2: Offered in CD form
3: Working
4: Downloaded with a valid license.
I doubt bartnesoft.net can do this. If you see any similar download scam, they aren't reselling the software, but rather pirated copies.
