NetZero
They will not let me cancel my account

I've attempted to stop my account many times. After I get it done online or by mail I get the subsequent reaction.

"For safety factors, cancellations aren't prepared over e-mail, alternatively, please contact us toll free at 1 800-851-7908."

Is Not it unusual that NetZero, an internet organization can't stop a merchant account by mail!!

And So I called and terminated my bill. I had been on-hold to get a very long time after which I had been attached to somebody that I really could not comprehend. I simply kept saying, stop my bill. Simply stop my bill.

Well, I'm still being charged and that I have no idea how to proceed.

NetZero is just a complete ripoff!!
