Ordered an Auroralites dog collar in February fora total of $51.00 USD. I never received the dog collar. Even now the owner, Dave Youngman, continues to make excuses via email and still has not shipped theproduct I ordered. I have my original invoice from him as well as the severalemails we exchanged where he attempted to explain why he hadn't yet shipped thedog collar. He play's to your sympathy's but eventually he just stops emailingyou back.
His company has an "F" rating on the BetterBusiness Bureau's website and the last time I looked he at upwards of 30individual complaints. This guy is a massive fraud and yet he continues to defraudpeople everyday. I urge everyone to investigate him and other sites beforebuying online.
