Charged 4 times the advertised price and never delivered the download

I was trying to Down load a service manual and was told I would have to pay something less than $25.00 to access the document. I was never able to access the document after I used my Credit card to pay for access. Now I see a charge for $110 on my ATM card for the NON SERVICE, What a scam.

I called the bank trying to find out their telephone number of the merchant and the telephone number I was given ended up at a Childrens Hospital in Texas!!!
