Myord.com/sym I have a charge on my debit card for 39.99. I have no idea what this charge is and want it refunded

I have a charge for 39.99 that has been taken out of my bank.
I do not know what this charge is or why it was taken out.
I tried to email myord.com but never heard a response.
I want to know how to get his charge refunded and what to do to make sure this company can no longer debit from my account.
