This is nearly a year old and I don't expect it to be corrected but I think the public should know. I ordered 2 ink packages for over $60 and filled out the order form correctly. I had not used paypal in over 5 years and was not using it at the time of the order. I used my current bank card and put my current address on the order form. They went to pay pal and took the old address from them (that I had forgotten about). They say they mailed the package to the old address. When I protested that they should have used the address that I put on the order form they said that was too bad (or words to that effect) that they had sent the order to the address on paypal. I don't know what happened to the order but of course I never got it. They insisted that they were correct in using the address on paypal. I believe they should have used the address I put on the order form. I reported this to the Better Business Bureau but nothing ever came of it.
