I ordered a "free" sample, $2.95 s h. With my paypal debit card. Never recieved any sample, did recieve a full shipment (4 boxes) of oolong tea for $181. Could purchase the same amount of the same tea in the supermarket for 1/4 that price or less!
Contacted CPIpay, they were very rude, hung up on me. Disputed charge through paypal but the original order site had vanished, the site I thought I was ordering from had no knowledge of me or CPIpay. Stupid me should have printed out a copy of the original order for the sample. Won't make that mistake again, was expecting to get an email copy of order like I always receive from legitimate on line company's I order from.
Being unable to prove the order form I filled out did not say cancel or get auto-shipped product Pay Pal could not get the $ back from CPIpay so I am paying PayPal back. They did try, (PayPal) and I'm told their fraud department is looking into CPIpay.
And just to add insult to injury, the tea not only has no weight loss effect and isn't even very good oolong tea!!!
