Siteground webhosting fruadulently tried to take $214.20 out of my bank account for a free hosting aggreement

Siteground.com tried to fruadulently take out $214.20 out of my bank card without my permission for a web hosting free site. I cannot believe such a company is allowed to do business on the net and hope something can be done.
