I was paying for 1.5mb of service and I barley recieved 1mb of service then they try and help you by telling you to turn the modem a certain way or make sure it's plugged in the wall with no other connections. To get the best service possible. Well if their service is like they say it is then we shouldn't have to go to extreme measures just to get Non-Quality service.
In order to get out of the contract you need to transfer the account to someone or paying an early termination fee of around 250.00!!
Then they charge your account when you least expect it. So then you are left in the hole. They are a rip off and they seriously need to be sued.
