2 years ago i googled webhosting and many companies called me back, linesave being one of them. Linesave were the only company to guarantee me a full working website within 4 weeks. They told us that we would be on the first page of google and all other search engines, even now we type in our company name and it still doesn't come up in the first 50 pages.
It is now 2 years on and my website is STILL NOT COMPLETE! They want more money for the security certificate as that has now run out so you can't even access it... Not that anyone even knows it's there.
We sent over 300 emails and numberous phone calls and they're answer is always "it will be sorted this afternoon/tomorrow" 2 years down the line and we're still in the same position "it will be sorted first thing tomorrow morning"
We have just contacted them for their company registration number and there response was "we don't know what this is, can i get back to you"... Pretty much the story of the past 2 years!
Do not use this company, you will lose all of your money!!!
