My spouse Richard Davies requested a routine battery out of this organization on 29th December. We're still expecting shipping or reimbursement, we've queried this on many occasions and maintain being fobbed off. Today they do not answer our inquiries at-all! There are lots of grievances about that organization on the web, however they continue to be being permitted to promote! They have to be ceased!!
