Don't let yourself be taken by this scam! On 10/27/09, I purchased a file sharing service from FILES-EXPRESS.com and expected to have about $6.00 deducted from my visa card. When I checked my debits online I realized that Files-Express had taken $64.19. I found this out within 5 minutes of me completing my transaction. I started immediately my quest to make contact with their support department. I've sent 3 emails, made numerous calls, pulled my hair (lol), but my efforts have been to no avail. It is not over 12 hours since I signed up, but when I log in it shows my account as a "not paid" member. I should have checked Usa Consumer Complaints.com prior to making this purchase. If they rectify the issue for me in the near future, I will update you via this means. Don't use files-express.com!!!
