I was looking for Photoshop CS4. I googled and this was one of the top sites. It looked legit and I saw the affiliation with adobe, so I didn't hesitate at the $12.95 a year unlimited downloading and support. I found after downloading that it wasn't compatible and I tried reaching the company for a refund. I heard nothing.
I checked my account today and found that I was charged $70. I immediately tried reaching them at 800-784-3167 and there is no answer. I'm told to call back (automation). I wrote them again and no answer. This is just WRONG! Such a SCAM! How do I know they won't continue to keep charging my account? I don't know where to go from here!
