When purchasing v2.0 of TGRMN's software "Vice Versa Pro", the company promised free minor-version software updates. They did not keep this promise.instead, they are charging for the update from v2.0 to v2.5.
In their forums, TGRMN admits that they promised free minor-version updates and they state that they will not honor that promise.
Purchasing software from this company is a gamble, at best. Currently, there are plenty of alternative applications that will accomplish the same results, but that are sold by reputable companies who will honor their word when they say free minor-version updates.
Don't fall for the fake promises. It's not worth it since you really don't know what you'll be getting. My guess is they figure they can rip off Americans since they are based in Australia. It's telling that they only have a PO Box and an email address.
They'll not get another penny out of me.
