I ordered a clock from J.D. Marvel Products back on 4/05/03, they charged my credit card, I have since called them via phone. Customer service said it would be shipped, but I never received it. I have also contacted them by email, with no response. This is now 3 months I have been waiting, and still haven't received it. I have come to believe these are unreliable, and unprofessional people, and I urge all people to contact the Attorney generals office and file complaints against this fraudulent company so it can be shut down
