She registers on numerous poverty websites and sweet talks the webmasters into making her into an "Admin".

Once she is admin she offers a fradulent poetry writing service where she charges an upfront fee and then does not respond to emails or does anything.

After numerous complaints by many people I hope you avoid Shadow Rai.
