I bought a package of 24 shadow applicators, by up&up upc code 0 79625 63007 7. Every time I take one out, I am able to use it once because someone forgot to put glue on the foam part to glue it to the stick. It is very frustrating and I would not buy them again. I feel the quality does not hold up to yours or my standards. And I am very disappointed.
