So these clowns contacted me over the phone, which I was happy about at the time because I actually needed a new website for my business.
A slick sales man called Clay Rioli gave me the speel about getting a stunning design which which make customers eyes pop.
I forked out $900 which I thought was reasonable for a nice looking site.
Now I never signed any contract whatsoever... Needless to say I was most surprised to receive an invoice for $3000. Needless to say I was not happy... But wait it gets better.
I then recieved by priority mail a "FINAL DEMAND" from a debt collection agency.
I got on the phone... Clay was unavailable, naturally. I got diverted to a woman called Lequisha who gave me this BS attitude about how I can lose my house if I didnt pay. I told her to read a book on contract law or at least a magazine? Because without a contract she had nothing. This is where Lequisha went crazy and started to pull out the race card and wave it around, because I had the nerve to point out that she was stupid. This is where I asked her for a Whopper with fries over the phone, just to really make her go ape shit. I heard her swearing and throwing shit around until the phone went dead. At this point I was enjoying myself because I new Visa would refund me.
4 weeks later I got my refund.incidently I also got my website finished at a fraction of the cost by the guys at Websites By Request. Www.websitesbyrequest.com
