For the last 2 months I have called the number that is given with the charge on my credit card bill. The first time i was told that the $79.99 would be removed, no problem. Again this month another $79.99 charge was on my account and no credit at all.
I called again and he said i would have to go to the website and get my refund. The website he gave me was amazingamazonwebstores.com and there was no where you could contact anyone on the site. Now i don't know where to take the problem.
I have called my credit card and they said i needed to get in contact with them again! Ugh! Help if you can please.
