Paid for a featured listing got no ad.
Followed up with Jake; he asked for paypal receipt number which was promtply provided.
Amazingly (this is a PayPal receipt - no place to hide), Jake says that no such receipt exists and asks me for the receipt date.
He's either grown too big to handle a simple order or he's incompetent, don't know which. But, I was ripped off by Directoryvault.com
As promised Jake. Reputation management. Kindly contact paypal, refund my money and no further action on my part will be necessary.
