Terrible service, compressed, file uploading, (can result in corrupted data) Cached data servers employed, (results in out of date static service) unable to use in any vpn application, forget games, services slows to dialup and slower, even clouds will disrupt service, forget it when it is raining, there is no support, period, no one speaks english as a primary language.
They will never admit that they are at fault, always they approach support with the idea that it is your problem, not that they have over sold the available bandwidth.
Avoid at all costs, stick with dial up it is better service.
