My daughter bought this program to upgrade to 3.1 and when she got the program it said not available - I want her maoney back. False advertisment and misleading ad

My daughter purchased a program to upgrade her IPhone to 3.1 and after paying for it through Paypal, the program was not available and she send them an inquires with no response, very disappointed with the whole thing and shame on Paypal that allows that to happend. Lutfi J
