First-LD save Never heard of this company and started charging my CC. Called the number and on hold. Been waiting for 17 minutes

I found a 3.76$ charge on my CC 2 months ago and didnt think nothing of it. Just last night i found another charge from the same company for 19.82$ i don't kno who this company is or how it got my CC number. On my bank statement there is a phone number to call I have been on hold for 20 minutes now just listening to the horrible elevator music
