Abusive, Vile E-mail Reply to Simple Request for Removal from Site Database

The name registered to the gayroughnecks.com domain name is Christian Troy, 419 Helen Terrace, Neptune, N.J. 07753. I sent an e-mail requesting that gayroughnecks.com cease in sending me e-mail from its site and that the site owner deactivate any profile associated with my e-mail account.
Consistent with others who have made a similar request, the owner of this site responds by sending a vile, rambling, incoherent e-mail response that begins this way:
"I don't work for you, or any other freeloading cream puff. Get off the internet. The world needs another freetard loser using it for free gay porn, and endangering children in the process, like it needs another George Bush."
The reply continues with ramblings about child pornography and how the site owner allegedly is working with the "Justice Department" on stopping child pornography.
The owner of this site apparently has managed to dodge at least five Better Business Bureau complaints in New Jersey, as the status of those complaints are listed as "unpursuable" because the resolved because "the company cannot be located or is out of business."
I am moving forward with a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General's consumer protection division based on the number of people here who have had similar experiences with this company.
If you have any relevant information about the owner listed, Christian Troy or any additional address information, let me know and I will include that information in my complaint to the New Jersey attorney general, as well as forward that information to the New Jersey Better Bureau, who may then have better success in reaching him. Any support in providing good contact information, phone numbers, etc. Is what they will need to send him correspondence to even begin to address the situation. You can post the information through this site as a reponse to my post.
