I tried to communicate daily in order to iron out the details that were needed for the site.
50% of the time they could not be reached by phone, msn, or skype, even during their work hours which is completely opposite of mine.
I had to have another designer work on the body portion of the design as they were inadequate and not creative with design concept.
They don't even know how to align, portion or follow simple instructions.
When they get frusterated they just stop with a project, block you from msn, skype and don't answer your phone calls. Hiring them put me 3 weeks behind schedule and out a deposit of $550USD. Don't trust the ZAPtech solutions! They will cause you more stress and irrability when you are trying to find a solution.
