I bought to items from these jerks: Evidence Blaster and Best Anonymous Browser (BAB).
Evidence Blaster down load was successful and it seemed to work.
I down loaded BAB and it froze my computer wiping out three programs. It took me hours to get it up and running again'
I read the terms and conditions before I committed by charge card.
The terms and conditions state in REFUNDS Section 7.2 the consumer will be refunded if not happy with the products purchased.
Well I was not the least bit happy.
I communicated with a guy named Alan and then a guy named Brandon.
They told me I had to go to my anti-virus and 'introduce' BAB to it. And do the same once it was downloaded. Well it didn't down load as the anti-virus wouldn't let it because it designated a virus.
Communication went back and forth and back and forth. Meanwhile I was asking for a refund. I was told I wasn't getting a refund.
I quoted the Refunds section and section number. They never addressed it. They said I was not getting a refund.
I was ripped off for a considerable amount of money. Too much to give to those jerks.
Do not buy anything from this group. They are crooks. I could not find a contact phone number or any address to directly speak with someone. I requested they give me a number. Never happened. They need to hurt big time!!!
