I approached them-and according to webhostingpad ADMIN, they stated some hacker attempted to crack my website which triggered their host issue plus they are attempting to repair it. Next they stopped my site. I approached them-but they stated they'll not supply me the hosting providers and that I need to proceed to various other supplier and that I made it happen.
After I approached their billing division to return my 6-month hosting charge that we settled they refused declaring that someone doesn't like your website plus they were attempting to crack your website which trigger our host issue.
