They sell CD-ROM programs which are suppose to help with taking different tests. They have Microsoft, Comp Tia, and others. They sell individual test CDs and also they have what they call "Lifetime membership" where you can pay a huge fee and get any title for the program. DO NOT subscribe to the Lifetime membership. If you buy an individual title, you can get your money back, however the Rip off with this company is, if they talk you into the Lifetime membership, and you change your mind, you are stuck with it. And you are out a huge bunch of money. And their sales people do not tell you that there is a no refund policy when they sell you the product. If you go to their website and click on the "guarantee" link, it tells you about how if you take the test twice and fail the test they will give you your money back, however, if you go down the page and read the part under the "Lifetime membership" at the end there is this statememt "Lifetime Memberships do not qualify for a money back guarantee", so again I stress, if you want to do business with this company, DO NOT buy the lifetime membership. It is a major ripoff, and they target unemployeed people with the hope of getting certified so they can get a job with the certification.
