I-Dressup.com is a website for people who loves fashion, although it's a game site. What it did wrong is they've taken control of my private information authority and account balance. As you can see, owner of the website so call staff members have the authority to control your account information anytime. Without prior permission by any means, without any responsibility of their actions, they've changed my account overnight, which I only realize when I've logged in; almost every important thing has changed.
To be sure, I did not break the rules of cheating, swearing or any rude manners I've done. They have decreased my account balance, which we call icoins'. I have over a million icoins yesterday, what I see now is only left a thousand in my account balance. Not only did I lose my money by no reasons, my black diamond membership icon has changed into pink as well as one of the pages on my blog that has been deleted secretly along with other comments that have written in the past. That page I've written has taken me for hours to write. The page called Be the secret member today!'.
I see no reason they have to decrease another zero when I suppose having an estimated amount of 15000 icoins, which I earned this for years and numerous hours of hard work. It's ridiculous and cruel of changing my money balance from 15000 drop down to 1500. Not that it's fun' to me, but to them, it's nothing. With no reasons, I've been hacked. Not that my password is insecure because I have a smart long password that I made myself to prevent hackers and I know how strong hackers are, nowadays.
I can show you the proof and real evidence in my transaction history page in my profile to show that I'm honest in my words. I can show you how little by little I've earned day by day. I did not spend the incredible amount of 15000 icoins over the night which there's also proof that there's no such spending I made in the record.
I know I also have to be responsible for the account, however, the staff members should also care about their customers or members for their money because I did not even spend the whole bloody money from 15000 to 1500 icoins. I believe' the owner or staff members have changed my account because my password is fine and has not been stolen. I also feel surprising why they do not delete other of my blog pages but only delete one of them. I also want to know why they do not decrease all of my icoins and only decrease one zero. All of these can possibly done by the owner or staff members when they can decrease my icoins without making any history transaction.
I had nightmares, feelings of shock and sadness of the unfairness they've done to me. What I only request is to return' the money I supposed' to have, the page where I had in my blog as well as the diamond icon. Because all of that I'm seriously concern. I don't want my time to be dumped because I'm not happy for how it gets so illogical and unreasonable for the lost of my money, the change of my icon as well as one of my blog pages. The owner of the site has to apologize for their wrong actions of not respecting' and did not care about my feelings and authority whether to delete something or not without prior permission. I'm extremely serious towards the unreasonable action.
I've already send another letter to the website and I still cannot see there's any responds. I understand that in the Internet world, it's hard to provide evidences. I'm deeply sorry for the information I've provide because this website do not appear to tell anyone their email address, contact numbers and company address which I'm a little disappointed with that. I hope if someone can solve this problem immediately. I have taken two hours for this precious letter; hope you can solve this problem as soon as possible!
