As mentioned in another criticism, 1&1 promises that the try to cost charge card/banking account failed. They are doing nothing for a few months, no effort at contact. No email, no telephone call, no snail-mail. Then they add on the significant "disconnection" charge and change the consideration to a group company. Exactly what a fraud.

Avoid these dishonest scumbags.
