I, like many on here, have become victim to Reservation Rewards, being charged $9 for something I know nothing about.in contacting them via telephone, with a bank representative in the background, the woman I spoke with was very rude and sharp to me, and suggested that I snail mail a statement from my bank, since thier charge caused me to have a $30 overdraft, along with the bogus $9 charge.
At that point, the bank rep stepped in and took the "needed" information from Res. Rewards, and faxed it to them immediately. The $9 charge was returned to my account the next day, but the $30 overdraft fee, they don't want to part with.
Now, my bank has twice faxed them about this, including a copy of an email from them stating all "the hoops" I needed to jump through to get my reimbursment for the overdraft, i.E. How the initial charge even caused an overdraft! Duh! I never bought anything from them, but still was charged. Having sent out all that info today via my bank, I'm interested in seeing how long it takes to get THAT money back, or if I still have more hoops to jump through.
For anybody else who's gone through, or ARE going through trying to recover overdraft charges caused by Reservation Rewards, I'll keep you posted on my success, if any.
