I was also one of those unfortunate people that was scammed by The Perfect Matrix/Cash Out Ad Mall. I attempted to email for my refund to no avail and also reported them to the BBB, FTC and others.
The old website finally shut down just short of a year ago with no notice. Does anyone have any information on what exactly took place with these scam artist? None the less, it appears that they may be up to it again, but I'm not really sure. Here's a new website that reads exactly the same as the old one you be the judge. I'm sending an inquiry email. Others may also want to do the same.
