This purpose of this posting is to forewarn companies considering entering into business relations with Taxpayers Council of America, Inc. And Matthew Horan of the credit risks involved.

3/ Taxpayers Council of America, Inc. And Matthew Horan failed to pay to Publicity Guaranteed for the services performed, committing breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
We believe that Taxpayers Council of America, Inc. And Matthew Horan committed theft of services and advise other service providers to exercise caution when dealing with Taxpayers Council of America, Inc. And Matthew Horan.
