Credit Alert ripoff tricked and lied to us I never ordered anything from them and do not even have an acount with AOL

My credit card was charged $79.99 by aol credit alert. I never ordered anything from them and do not even have an acount with AOL! I have been trying to call and see what is up, but no one answers the phone and I am left on hold for long periods of time without ever speaking to a person.
