Telemarketing commercial offering "ABSOLUTELY FREE " Five cd rom computer programs (and a 6th one too if you call right away!) They are "over stocked" and you pay ONLY SHIPPING AND HANDLING of $6.95!
However, you are told you have an OBLIGATION TO RETURN AT YOUR COST and WITHIN 30 DAYS one of the cd's or you are billed an ADDITIONAL $96.00!
You CANNOT GET ANY OF THESE "ABSOLUTELY FREE" programs without assuming these hidden and decepive additional conditions later disclosed on the tollfree line.
VIDEO PROFESSOR customer service supervisor (operator i.D. Number 8657) states that because many of the computer programs offered in their video professor commercials (ie. Home depot/brittanica etc.) are NOT video professors product, they (video Professor) is not responsible for how those programs are marketed EVEN THOUGH it IS "VIDEO PROFESSOR" who has constructed and sponsored the telemarketing commercial (utilizing highly recognized national Brand names to "mask" and/or legitimize a less than upfront, honest and ethical marketing campaign)!
Also, because they finally disclose other conditions and the $96 additional costs when tollfree order # called that they are not decepive or misleading consumers (I DISAGREE! I have registered my complaints with the Fed. Trade commission, and PA. Office of Attorney General/Bureau of consumer Protection also.

"video Professor" Customer Service SUPERVISOR (OPERATOR i.D.#8657) further states that my "MARKETING CONCERNS HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH "VIDEO PROFESSOR" OR "VIDEO PROFESSOR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" because I NEVER ACTUALLY PLACED THE ORDER!" When I reminded her that I was a CONSUMER subjected to blatently misleading advertising that misrepresented Products in the marketplace and mislead consumers in my opinion, she was quite "hostile" and evasive throughout.
