I purchased information from this company for $1.95. As with many others I didn't agree to any "terms & conditions" but was unable to uncheck the box. It was already checked and grayed out.
I never received the promised links or any other information they promised for the $1.95. Cash Secret Club charged my card additionaly for $81.32, $13.42, & $9.43. All without providing any information or product.
They did say there was a 7-day trial period. During those 7 days I did noit receive anything so I wrote the $1.95 off.
They want me to abide by the terms & conditions but they do not and refuse to refund the money they "stole" from me.
They are very slick. I am usually pretty wary about purchases from unknown entities on the Internet. But they sucked me in. These are predators preying on those who may be strugling fininacially and looking to improve their situation or earn extra income.
When I called their office the customer service rep, Robert Sampson, refused to provide me with the name of his manager or anyone else with authority in the company. He did cancell the service but refused to refund any money.
I did get the name of the billing manager though. Jennifer Johnson. Could be bogus but I will write her (certified with signature & receipt required) and see if I get any response.
